E-ink太陽能公車站牌可顯示公車到站時間，使用低功耗的元太E-ink螢幕，每20秒刷新一次，從2019年起，台灣開始使用E-ink太陽能公車站牌，由於使用UNP的太陽能發電系統技術，可以克服城市高樓影子、樹木遮蔽等問題，目前已上線超過3000站，遍布台灣各縣市，具備多項特點：

Solar-powered E Ink bus stop signs display bus arrival times using low-power E Ink screens from E Ink Corporation, refreshing every 20 seconds. First introduced in Taiwan in 2019, these signs use UNP’s solar power technology to overcome challenges such as shading from tall buildings and trees. More than 3,000 stops are now operational across Taiwan, offering the following benefits:

• Energy Independence: Solar-powered operation with an elevated design that helps protect against flooding. No electrical wiring is required, and the signs continue operating during power outages.
• Fast Installation: Installation takes less than two hours, without extensive road excavation, significantly reducing construction costs and the time needed to coordinate roadworks.
• Lower Electricity Costs: Compared with conventional LED scrolling displays, the deployed signs collectively save approximately NT$15 million in electricity costs annually.
• Low-Carbon Cities: Annual carbon emission reductions are equivalent to the carbon absorbed by three Da’an Forest Parks, helping cities reduce their carbon footprint.
